Job Title: Fund Services Accountant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Services Accountant to join our team in Lithuania. As a Fund Services Accountant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including fund accounting, financial reporting, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing administrative support and ensuring timely delivery of financial reports and other client communications.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the coordination of year-end audits and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investment managers, and custodian banks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, or Economics.
- 0-2 years of experience in fund administration, audit, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fund industry, valuation, and accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting for investment products, including fund-of-funds, single-manager funds, and private equity funds.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of French and/or German an asset.
- Strong team spirit, ability to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction.
