Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting insights from data, creating data visualizations, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

  • Work with large databases to extract, process, and analyze data
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Investigate and resolve data issues such as quality concerns, discrepancies, and missing data
  • Drive the development of reporting and dashboarding solutions using Power BI
  • Lead budgeting and performance targeting processes
  • Oversee and coordinate changes within the internal ERP system
  • Analyze, assess, optimize, and implement business processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
  • Experience with Power BI and other BI tools
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
