What will you be doing?

  • Analyze and summarize complex data to generate clear and actionable insights.
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance and optimize internal processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct product performance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain the portfolio of analytical tools, offering training and consultation to end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, present, and facilitate workshops, collaborative best practice sharing sessions.  
  • Provide proactive support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education (preferably in economics, mathematics, business management or related field.)
  • At least 2 years of experience as analyst, researcher, or in similar positions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in data analysis. Previous experience with any CRM software would be an advantage.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling presentations and data visualizations, effectively communicating insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Willingness to learn best practices.
  • Creativity and drive to improve, learn and achieve big results – in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
