As a key member of our organization, you'll have the rare opportunity to drive meaningful impact at scale. You'll be defining and elevating the business analysis function across the organization, aligning business goals with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee the analysis effort across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, completeness, and traceability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, defining team goals, training plans, and performance metrics.
  • Establish and enforce business analysis standards, tools, and documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure clear, actionable requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to elicit and refine business needs.
  • Support agile teams by maintaining high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming.
  • Partner with solution architects and developers to align solutions with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and deliver better business outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights into analysis progress, risks, and team performance.
What we're looking for:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of agile software development (Scrum/Kanban), product lifecycle, and modern tech stacks.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a team, including coaching and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to lead workshops, drive consensus, and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis and project management tools.
  • Experience writing detailed documentation, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
