We're seeking a skilled Business Analysis professional to drive clarity and alignment across complex initiatives.

This role involves translating business needs into actionable insights, enabling impactful outcomes and elevating stakeholder success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirements
  • Define and document business processes, functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of solutions with business goals
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change management, ensuring requirements are implemented as intended and stakeholders are informed
  • Conduct strategic gap analysis, propose and design TO-BE solutions, and support decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Ensure solution supportability, user adoption, and post-implementation success
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably complex software/information systems development environments
  • Strong proficiency with BA tools and modeling techniques
  • Proven expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements and translating them into actionable specifications
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead workshops, drive consensus, and influence decision-making at senior levels
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies; ability to manage backlogs, prioritize epics, and work in cross-functional teams
  • Experience writing detailed documentation, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and a drive for continuous improvement and user-centric outcomes
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
