Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our business partners and IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet our organizational needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for various business initiatives that utilize software applications such as Oracle FUSION (ERP, EPM, FDI), Wall Street Suite, and downstream apps they connect with.
  • Researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
  • Gathering detailed business requirements and performing gap analyses.
  • Preparing functional specification documents for integrations with external systems as well as system enhancements.
  • Coordinating efforts for multiple projects at once with development, QA, UAT, infrastructure, finance, and operational teams.

You should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 6 years of functional/technical experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Support Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
  • Working experience with Financial, Reconciliation, or Treasury systems, such as Oracle Cloud ERP Finance, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FIS Data Integrity Manager, or similar.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with designing and documenting inbound and outbound integrations with external applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to extract and analyze transactional data.
