We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Partnerships Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth across target markets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard high-impact strategic partners, including technology companies, system integrators, service providers, and other key players in the industry.
  • Nurture ongoing relationships with existing partners to drive mutual value and product integration opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with go-to-market priorities and enhance the company's value proposition.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences to expand visibility and partnership networks.
  • Negotiate and finalize complex deals with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
  • Establish and track partner performance metrics, delivering regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, threats, and market dynamics to inform partnership strategy.
  • Provide partner feedback to internal teams for product development and refinement.

Core Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise B2B sales within the tech or AI/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnership ecosystems, ideally with enterprise-grade or cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partner efforts with broader business goals.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional English skills (spoken and written); fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
