Business Analyst Job Description

At our company, we are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Operation, Accounting, and Credit departments to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT systems and solutions.

  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that improve business processes and performance.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop user stories, process flows, and data models.

  • Support project managers in planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.

  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the financial industry.

  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Consultant.

  • Experience working in large corporations, enterprise IT environments, or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, and others).

  • Strong background in enterprise applications, Oracle ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and business intelligence systems.

  • Strong understanding of financial services operations, products, and regulatory environment.

  • Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN, UML).

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodology.

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL).

  • Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple complex projects.

Working Arrangement:
