Financial Planning and Analysis Expert\

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed analytical reports to identify key cost drivers and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and analysis, with the ability to create complex financial models and analyze large datasets. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis models to drive business decisions
  • Create detailed analytical reports to identify key cost drivers and trends
  • Present financial information to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile data needed for analyses

Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) plus years directly related and progressively responsible experience or a Master's degree.

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
