Join a Financial Services Team

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Analyst in Settlement Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely partner funding, analyzing various differences reconciliation processes, completing complex operations tasks with high accuracy, ensuring key performance indicators are met.

  • Prepare journal entries, commission accruals to support the accounting team for month end close process.

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams across the organization such as treasury, credit and finance, regional business managers on issues and escalations related to agent funding.

  • Provide high quality and timely response to complex requests from our agent partners and business stakeholders globally.

  • Initiate and participate in projects related to settlement operations.

  • Suggest and implement procedures and process improvements related to our products, ensuring that all processes comply with company rules and regulations.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned business units.

  • Provide training to all new and existing employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have a proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, 3 years of relevant experience in payment operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable or similar field. They should also possess strong communication, problem-solving and training skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment, customer-orientated approach and people management experience would be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and training skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.

  • Customer-orientated approach.
