Accounts Payable Expert

Dexcom is a leader in continuous glucose monitoring. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic team and serve as a key advisor on matters related to accounts payable processes and ERP systems.

This role requires the execution of quality checks in critical areas such as invoice accounting, VAT, and accruals. You will verify the accuracy and compliance of financial data to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on questions related to accounts payable processes to stakeholders and various business units.
  • Undertake and ensure the execution of quality checks in critical areas such as invoice accounting, VAT, and accruals.
  • Collections errors, register IT tickets, and lead efforts in root cause analysis.
  • Participate in new projects, process developments, implementations, and testing activities.
  • Conduct training sessions for both the team and stakeholders.
  • Follow established procedures on other routine work.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of related experience.
  • Wide knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge in accounting software (Oracle or another ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work within a team and independently.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to quickly learn systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
