About this role:
You'll be solving complex challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry experts. We'll provide you with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment that fosters knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, train and motivate your team of account management professionals.
  • Review, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback on employee performance.
  • Oversee the department's daily activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Determine the team's objectives and drive their successful achievement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product departments to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to account management operations, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development.
  • Maintain exceptional customer experience through collaboration with other departments.
  • Represent the account management team at various levels within the company.
  • Ocassionally travel abroad to visit strategic customers face-to-face.

Your skills & qualifications:
  • 2 years+ experience in leading B2B account management or sales teams.
  • Proven international experience, preferably working with US and/or global markets.
  • Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and other sales stack tools.
  • Ability to successfully achieve and report on financial and performance KPIs.

Benefits:
