We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Office and Events Manager who can lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality events that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the office workspace, including food ordering, inventory maintenance, and reorganization
  • Executing workation and company-level event organization
  • Leading employee and customer recognition and engagement initiatives
  • Managing conference organization, travel arrangements, lodging, and stand setup
  • Supporting leaders in organizing inspiring team-building events
  • Assisting the team with tasks and responsibilities, promoting collaboration and coverage during time off

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to improve processes
  • Proven experience in office administration and management (2 years+)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Active presence in the office, with on-site work required
  • Understanding of OKRs and competence in long-term project planning
  • Event organizing experience and driver's license (a plus)
