Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services. You will also provide training and support to customers on the use of our products and services.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of technology and be able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Estonian and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in working with operating systems (Windows/Mac) and supporting mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  • Knowledge of cloud-based reporting systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to retain detailed information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

Travel:

Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent
