We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in delivering financial excellence and driving business growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial leadership and support to our organization. This will include:

  • Overseeing month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting

  • Preparing and analyzing management accounts and financial reports for stakeholders

  • Reviewing general ledger and trial balance to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Supporting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

  • Monitoring financial and operational performance metrics and providing insights

  • Driving process improvements and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Supporting team members and performing ad-hoc activities

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar industry in a record-to-report/general accounting role

  • A strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting practices

  • A business-oriented mindset and a keen interest in the field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology

  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, flexibility, result orientation, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration skills
