We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to lead the design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines. This key role will involve collaboration with our data science team to develop intelligent systems that utilize AI/ML and NLP technologies.

This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in real-world business applications, expand knowledge at the intersection of data engineering and artificial intelligence, and contribute to the growth of our enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Science, strong programming skills in Python, and basic proficiency in PySpark and SQL.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing data models for structured and unstructured data
  • Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark in Azure Databricks
  • Collaborating with Data Scientists and Engineers to implement data-driven solutions
  • Researching and experimenting with new AI/ML techniques and applying them to real-world business problems

The successful candidate will possess problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong understanding of Git and software engineering best practices.
