As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer on our Delivery Automation team, you'll take ownership of automating complex marketing and business workflows, integrating systems, and delivering intuitive high-impact tools used by teams across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

From streamlining campaign workflows to empowering data-driven decisions, your work will play a key role in unlocking efficiency and enabling faster experimentation at scale. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, architect reliable solutions, and ship user-friendly interfaces backed by robust backend systems.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role, as you'll work closely with teams to identify automation opportunities, design, build, and maintain full-stack automation tools that connect and enhance internal marketing, sales, and business systems.

Leverage AI where applicable to optimize decision-making and workflow efficiency, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automation systems and infrastructure.

Your skills and experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with backend-heavy contributions.
  • Strong understanding of API design, data pipelines, databases, and frontend development (Vue or similar).
  • Business automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working closely with non-engineering teams to build usable, effective tools.
  • Bonus: experience integrating AI/ML tools into automation workflows.
