Optimize Customer Success

We're seeking a proactive professional to streamline daily CS operations, enhance reporting, drive AI and automation initiatives, enable revenue growth, own churn operations, people enablement, and act as the connector across Sales, Product, Support, and Onboarding. This role will be instrumental in creating a global product – Email and SMS marketing platform to drive rapid e-commerce stores growth and accelerate online businesses expansion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a CS, Account Management, Sales, or Marketing operations role, ideally in SaaS. They should possess strong data skills (Excel, BI, CRM, SQL experience a plus), be highly organized, and have a knack for simplifying the complex and scaling what works. A proactive mindset and ownership mentality are essential, along with experience implementing new tools or workflows across teams, leading change, energizing others through process improvements, excellent communication skills in English, and passion for customer success, growth, and making the team around you stronger.

  • Streamline daily CS operations by identifying inefficiencies, consolidating manual spreadsheets, and migrating them into scalable dashboards and systems.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting: maintain and continuously improve dashboards and collaborate with Data Ops and CRM Managers to automate reporting.
