Senior Quality Expert Role

### Job Description

Your primary role will involve spearheading and maintaining top-notch quality standards across the manufacturing process. This encompasses driving quality improvement initiatives, defining product standards, and ensuring seamless implementation. Your input will significantly impact customer satisfaction and reinforce the organization's reputation as a premium lifestyle brand.

### Key Responsibilities

- Spearhead quality enhancement projects from inception to completion, calculating impact, assessing risks, tracking results, and guaranteeing successful execution.
- Establish and document quality requirements for newly introduced products.
- Oversee quality control procedures, including raw material inspections and final product checks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage nonconformities using tools like FMEA and 8D reports.
- Collaborate with production, suppliers, customers, and various managers to ensure alignment on quality standards.
- Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of three years' experience in a quality department within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, and PDCA.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (Pareto, cause-effect diagrams).
- Experience with problem-solving and nonconformity management techniques (FMEA, 8D).
- Clear communicator - able to articulate technical and quality requirements across various stakeholders.
- Skilled in writing high-quality reports and planning tasks based on quality goals.
- Passion for continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
