Senior Digital Marketing Manager Position

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid advertising efforts and drive business growth.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and managing high-performing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage campaign setup, including in-depth keyword research, budget allocation, and ad asset coordination.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance indicators like ROAS and CPA.
  • Analyze performance data using tools like GA4 and attribution to refine strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities to scale campaigns and improve efficiency.
  • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with a proven track record of driving results in high-volume e-commerce campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-budget campaigns ($1M/year+) and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
  • Proficiency across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data and making data-informed decisions.
  • Solid grasp of bidding strategies, keyword management, attribution models, and campaign architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
