Job Title: Senior Localization Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced localization project manager to join our team. As a senior localization project manager, you will be responsible for managing localization projects for our global product.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that translations are delivered on time, maintaining excellence in quality, communicating with various localization agencies and freelancers, improving and updating the localization process, utilizing tools like Crowdin to streamline project management and execution, overseeing the LQA process to maintain the highest quality standards, and collaborating with development teams to align translation projects.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Lithuanian;
  • Proficiency in Crowdin and other relevant localization management tools would be a bonus;
  • Adept at working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Attentiveness to detail;
  • Willingness to accept and give feedback;
  • Understanding of the web development process.
