Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Senior Analyst Programmer Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to utilize your technical skills and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations? Our client is seeking an experienced senior analyst programmer to join their team, working on the development and support of their Microsoft Business Solutions system.

About the Role:

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities and development practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development and support.
  • Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and experience with extensions and customizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques, including Data Entities and Power Platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
