We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy services team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Work with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables.
- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.
- Lead the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation.
- Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas: Finance, Project Operations, Warehouse, Field Service, and Delivery.
- At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Experience with presales activities, conducting functional interviews, mentoring juniors, and some technical knowledge.
- Strong analytical acumen, ability to perform under minimal supervision, and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills, with additional fluency in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian.
