Business Data Administrator 2 Role Overview

As a Business Data Administrator 2, you will be part of the operations team, working closely with various departments to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and activate agent accounts while maintaining accurate data in multiple databases.
- Provide critical control indicators for agent enrollment and support sales teams in the field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations and ensure seamless communication.
- Analyze and execute agent contracts and maintenance requests according to contract compliance and legal requirements.
Requirements and Skills
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in operations or compliance is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
