Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing operations team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining effective marketing processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, data analysis, and process improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions

  • Manage and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to track marketing performance

  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure seamless integration of new products and services

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in marketing operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning

  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis software

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
