Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our team at HMD TRUCKING. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments, managing a team of drivers, and executing dispatch functions while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize productivity and earnings, allocating drivers to optimize routes and meet customer requirements.
• Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with drivers throughout the day, ensuring seamless execution of dispatch functions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with drivers and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest level of operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

• Availability: Ability to work evening hours from 15:00 to 12:00.
• Language: Fluency in English.
• Professionalism: Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
