This is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment.

As an intern, you will support the team in daily operations and contribute to various learning and development initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be responsible and organized. They will also have some experience from student projects, events, or summer jobs, and be confident in both written and spoken English.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing internal learning events, trainings, and career development activities.
  • Support the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
  • Help maintain and update employee learning records and databases.
  • Contribute to the preparation and formatting of HR documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience from student projects, events, or summer jobs.
  • Confident in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
