
Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Client Service Support Associate. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.
Utilize business knowledge and product expertise to identify opportunities to refer clients to our sales teams, meeting their additional needs and increasing revenue.
Support clients in utilizing digital platforms by demonstrating the functionality of online tools and explaining their benefits.
Deliver high-quality interactions that adhere to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Contribute to trend analysis to support strategic enhancements to our client experience.
Assist with data collection and document retrieval from clients through proactive outreach and follow-up reminders.
Requirements:
Experience working in a client-facing role with a strong ability to develop rapport with external customers, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume service delivery environment, handling pressure and meeting deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
Strong team player with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and familiarize yourself with office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office.
High level of customer service skills with the ability to handle objections and complaints effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to improving efficiency.
