Client Service Support Associate

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Client Service Support Associate. In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.

  • Utilize business knowledge and product expertise to identify opportunities to refer clients to our sales teams, meeting their additional needs and increasing revenue.

  • Support clients in utilizing digital platforms by demonstrating the functionality of online tools and explaining their benefits.

  • Deliver high-quality interactions that adhere to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

  • Contribute to trend analysis to support strategic enhancements to our client experience.

  • Assist with data collection and document retrieval from clients through proactive outreach and follow-up reminders.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a client-facing role with a strong ability to develop rapport with external customers, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-volume service delivery environment, handling pressure and meeting deadlines with a high sense of urgency.

  • Strong team player with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and familiarize yourself with office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office.

  • High level of customer service skills with the ability to handle objections and complaints effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to improving efficiency.
