Compliance Professional

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team at Talents Lab. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in compliance and regulatory expertise to make a real impact in the fintech industry.

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks.

• Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards, including GDPR, AML, and financial regulations.
• Policies and Procedures: Create and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance-related reports to senior management and other stakeholders as required.
• Training and Awareness: Provide compliance training to employees and ensure ongoing compliance awareness across the organization.
• Risk Management: Investigate compliance violations, assess risks related to non-compliance, and propose corrective actions when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field, as well as experience in a compliance, risk management, or legal role. You should also have knowledge of Lithuanian and EU regulatory frameworks and excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

• Salary: 2750 EUR / month (dependent on experience)
