Compliance Professional for Fintech Company

The company is a fintech firm that simplifies currency exchange services. It offers fast, secure, and user-friendly platforms for businesses and individuals to buy and sell currencies.
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
You will conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will prepare and submit compliance-related reports to regulatory bodies, senior management, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. They will also have knowledge of Lithuanian and EU regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, MiFID II, and PSD2.
Experience in a compliance, risk management, or legal role, preferably in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian are required. Professional certifications such as CAMS or ACAMS are an advantage.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be based in Lithuania.
We offer a salary of €3150 per month, depending on experience, and fully remote work arrangements.
