About the Role

This position is based in Lithuania and involves joining an exciting project in the financial industry.

You will work with a dedicated team, focusing on treasury system support and contributing to impactful initiatives within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations for cash management, liquidity oversight, and FX management via the Treasury management system, ensuring that the activities align with compliance and internal governance standards.
  • Provide comprehensive support for treasury system functionalities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying opportunities for system improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Perform detailed analyses of liquidity management and cash flow data to support forecasting and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Clearly present critical treasury-related information to management, ensuring alignment with compliance and governance frameworks.
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects and ensuring the integration of treasury best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of treasury processes and support activities while contributing to the training of team members on system usage and updates.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in providing comprehensive support for Treasury system, ensuring prompt issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Ability to maintain and update documentation for Treasury management system, ensuring clarity and consistency in system usage, procedures, and updates.
  • Knowledge of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to treasury management.
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements to Treasury management system processes and configurations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and changing business requirements.
