- Ensure a high-quality and personalized customer experience.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance products and services.
- Fluent in Russian (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
