Hebrew-Speaking Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hebrew-Speaking) Location: Lithuania Remote Schedule: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 22:00 Including bank holidays About the Role We are seeking a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lithuania. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining professional standards. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries in Hebrew across phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and empathetic support. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Work in line with company procedures and service quality standards. Requirements Language skills: Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew. Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal). Full-time availability. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Must already be based in Lithuania (remote work permitted).
