Information Security Specialist

Project/Client: NIS2 Implementation Location: Hybrid/Remote (Lithuania preferred) Seniority: Middle or Senior Language: Fluent Lithuanian preferred Engagement: On-demand basis Role Overview: We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to support NIS2 and other Lithuanian regulatory compliance projects in both the private and public sectors. The role focuses on audit readiness, ARSIS-based risk assessments, and regulatory gap assessments against national laws and NCSC requirements. Key Requirements: Proven experience with NIS2, DORA, and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance frameworks Familiarity with Lithuanian cybersecurity legislation (e.g., Cybersecurity Law, Information Resources Management Law, and related regulations) Ability to interpret and apply national security/audit requirements in practice Experience with audit preparation and security controls implementation Strong collaboration skills, experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Fluent Lithuanian highly preferred Nice to Have: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender, Intune, Sentinel) Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
