As a Junior General Ledger Accountant, you'll be right in the heart of our finance operations - supporting accurate, efficient, and timely accounting processes as we centralize financial tasks across regions.

You will:

• Handle daily general ledger activities and journal entries
• Lead or support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Assist with audit preparations and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Work closely with global finance teams, responding to queries and supporting internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the build-up of new processes and ways of working as we transition tasks into the COE
• Be part of a fast-paced team that thrives on collaboration, smart tools, and continuous improvement

Requirements

We're looking for someone who's eager to grow, comfortable in a hands-on, evolving environment, and ready to make a mark.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• 1–3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP or similar)
• A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with tools like Power BI, RPA, ADRA, Aaro
• Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Nordic languages)
• Experience in shared service or COE environments
• FMCG or fast-paced industry background
