Honeygain is a people-powered network where everyday users share unused bandwidth in exchange for compensation. It's built around consumers rather than businesses, shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Inside, that same directness shows up as a culture of speed and real ownership, where small teams take ideas from concept to launch themselves.
The team waiting for you:
You'll join a collaborative, cross-functional team where you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing colleagues to bring apps from development through to release. The team values clear communication, attention to detail, and smooth coordination
- you'll be the person keeping everyone aligned, tracking progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks before launch. It's a dynamic environment for someone who enjoys structure, process, and staying close to the full app lifecycle, from planning to the App Store / Google Play releases. In this role, you’ll:
• Contribute to application development logic, frameworks, and new app ideas
• Manage app administration workflows from setup to release, including content, metadata, and asset updates in the App Store and Google Play
• Maintain documentation, track versions, and perform basic QA checks
• Monitor task progress, support release deadlines, and improve internal processes
• Coordinate communication between product, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment Your skills &
experience:
• Previous experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good understanding of mobile apps, digital products, and application workflows (no coding required)
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools and platforms, including App Store Connect and Google Play Console
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian. Nice to have:
• Experience with app publishing in the App Store and Google Play, including app uploads, metadata management, and platform guidelines
• Basic knowledge of app testing (QA), release processes, versioning, and app lifecycle
• Experience working with product, development, and marketing teams, using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Understanding of digital products, app content requirements, and formatting guidelines Salary &
benefits:
• Gross
salary:
