Role Description The Projektavimo proceso projekto vadovas (ė) will oversee the design process for residential construction projects in Kaunas. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders, reviewing and aligning design documentation with technical and regulatory requirements, and ensuring that design milestones are delivered on time and within scope. The role involves managing project schedules, organizing project meetings, tracking risks and changes, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and external partners. The project manager will also support budget planning for the design phase, participate in permitting processes, and ensure that the design solutions meet quality, sustainability, and client expectations. Qualifications
• Experience managing design or construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial real estate development.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design processes, building standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Project planning and coordination skills, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design documentation, and to consolidate inputs from multiple disciplines.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Relevant higher education in construction engineering, architecture, project management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with common project management and documentation tools; familiarity with CAD or BIM environments is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with external partners and authorities.
• Previous experience in Kaunas or similar markets and knowledge of local construction practices is an asset.
