As PAYSTRAX continues to grow in Lithuania, we’re looking for a Payment Specialist to join our ambitious finance team in Vilnius. Could it be you?
Responsibilities:
• Execute and monitor daily merchant settlements in fiat and stablecoins, ensuring timeliness and accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and escalations.
• Manage FX conversions, monitor exchange rates, review applied rates against contractual terms, and assess FX provider competitiveness.
• Perform monthly payment reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee the flow of customer and company funds, ensuring proper segregation and compliance.
• Act as a main contact for banks and payment partners, supporting queries and new payment methods.
• Provide first-line support for internal and external teams regarding payment-related inquiries and escalations.
• Assist in launching and improving payment-related products and features, leveraging automation and technology.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• Relevant experience in payments, foreign exchange, acquiring or treasury operations within an electronic money institution (EMI) or another regulated financial institution.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
