Role Description The CNC Milling Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Užliedžiai, Kaunas distr., Lithuania, Europe. In this position, the operator sets up, programs, and runs CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include selecting and installing appropriate tools and fixtures, monitoring machining operations, and adjusting parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality. The role involves inspecting parts during and after machining, identifying deviations, and coordinating with supervisors or engineers to resolve issues. The operator is also responsible for basic machine maintenance, adherence to safety procedures, accurate documentation of production activities, and collaboration with colleagues in other machining and finishing processes. Qualifications
• Strong machine operation skills, including setup, adjustment, and safe use of CNC equipment.
• Hands-on experience in machining and milling, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of machinery functions and basic maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient operation.
• Proficiency in quality control practices, including dimensional inspection, use of measurement tools, and documentation of results.
• Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately in a production environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Užliedžiai and collaborate effectively with a diverse technical team.
• Relevant vocational or technical education in machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar metalworking role is preferred.
