- Supporting the Department Manager in leading the team and ensuring strong performance through close collaboration
- Overseeing cash accounting tasks, including the processing and recording of daily proceeds, and assisting with checkout operations as needed
- Managing administrative onboarding processes, including access card distribution and coordination of security training
- Providing administrative support to the Department Manager, including maintaining personnel records and preparing reports
- Handling and resolving customer complaints to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 1 year of management experience in retail, ideally with some responsibilities in store administration or financial operations
- You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers to keep things on track
- You truly care about delivering great service and creating positive experiences for customers
- You’re committed, proactive, and ready to jump in and get things done
- You speak English confidently
- German skills are a plus but not required
