About the Company
We are Arctic Adventures, and our goal is to connect travelers with the wonders of nature. For more than 40 years, we have helped people from around the world experience Iceland. What started as the dream of one Icelandic couple has grown into an international company of guides, customer care specialists, marketing and sales teams, operations experts, IT specialists, and other colleagues based in Iceland and Vilnius. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Custom Sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania . You’ll design and sell private, customized Iceland itineraries for travellers, travel agents, and companies. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and is eager to learn and grow in sales. About the Job As a Sales Representative on our Custom Sales team, you will be responsible for designing and selling private and customized travel experiences in Iceland. A key part of the role is understanding what the customer actually needs and using your knowledge of Iceland and our products to advise them on the best options. This is a consultative sales role: we are looking for someone who can think beyond the enquiry, identify opportunities, solve problems and confidently guide the customer towards the right solution. What you'll be doing:
- Handle daily customer communications (phone and written) for Custom Sales, including first response
- Run cost-benefit and needs analysis for each customer to design the itinerary that fits them
- Calculate accurate costs for each itinerary to build correct, competitive pricing
- Coordinate closely with other departments and external partners to confirm and deliver itineraries
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that make the sales team more efficient
- Monitor the workplace one weekend per month, in case of unforeseen issues
- What we're looking for
- Interest in travel and enthusiasm for learning about Iceland
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or tourism is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to take ownership and make decisions rather than always waiting for instructions
- Customer-focused, with good attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and deadlines, independently and as part of a team
- Curious and open-minded, with a problem-solving mindset

What we offer

- First 3 months fully on-site to onboard properly, then hybrid: 3 days/week on-site
- Additional sick days for when you're under the weather
- International team with colleagues who have your back

- Equipped office: fresh fruit, hot drinks, pool table, foosball
- Team breakfast once a week
- Real opportunities for personal and professional development
