These terms govern your use of trabajo.org as a job portal, including search, alerts, user accounts, job applications, and Premium services.

Platform Use

You may use trabajo.org to search jobs, save jobs, create alerts, and access application links. You must provide accurate information and must not use the platform for fraudulent, automated, abusive, or unlawful activity.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining control of your access. We may limit or suspend accounts if we detect abuse, spam, scraping, fraud, security issues, or violations of these terms.

Jobs And Applications

trabajo.org aggregates jobs from our own systems and from third parties. Some applications are completed on external websites; in those cases, the external site's terms and policies may also apply. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outcome of any job listing.

trabajo.org Premium terms

PURCHASES CLOSED: trabajo.org no longer accepts new Premium purchases. If you already have a subscription, you can review and cancel it through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.

§1. Service

trabajo.org Premium is a digital service for existing subscribers. It provides full access to direct job listings, employer details where available, account management tools, and application features described before payment. It does not guarantee employment or any specific hiring outcome.

§2. Plan, price, tax, and payment

  • Existing contracts: the amount, currency, and billing interval for each purchase appear in its original checkout and receipt.
  • Tax: receipts for earlier purchases include or itemize applicable tax.
  • Earlier charges: to ask about or dispute an earlier charge, email info@trabajo.org with its reference. The statement descriptor may be TRABAJO.ORG.
  • Access: it continues until the end of the paid period.

§3. Consent and renewal

Earlier purchases retain the date, terms version, and purchase session accepted at the time. This version describes current service management and does not alter earlier contracts or receipts. No new paid subscriptions are accepted. You can cancel through the billing portal to prevent future charges.

§4. Cancellation

You can cancel without penalty at /premium/billing. You can also request help at info@trabajo.org. No telephone call is required. Cancellation preserves access until the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

§5. Withdrawal and refunds

If you are an EEA consumer, you may exercise your withdrawal right within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to the legal limits for digital services that began with your consent. Write to info@trabajo.org with the account email, date, and purchase identifier.

When a refund is due for an earlier charge, it is sent to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than the applicable statutory deadline. We also review duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unapplied cancellations, and technical failure to provide access. If you do not recognize or agree with a charge, contact support first so we can attempt to resolve it.

§6. Invoicing and support

Receipts or invoices for earlier contracts remain available as originally issued. For payment, invoice, cancellation, refund, or Premium access issues, email info@trabajo.org. Send only the information needed; never email a full card number.

§8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. You may bring proceedings before the courts competent under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual Property

The trabajo.org brand, design, software, and owned content belong to BEBEE PLATFORM SL or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the platform without authorization.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or specific employment outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages.
