Your day-to-day:
Own the success of our business customers of various sizes;Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure we're maximizing their business value;Identify and utilize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within a designated customer portfolio;Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment;Work on customer agreements and renewals;Manage your opportunity pipeline and at-risk accounts;Go on business trips and visit your clients (when applicable); Proactively identify team process improvements and work on team initiatives.Your skills & experience:B2B account management experience or similar experience in leading customer engagements with positive outcomes;Relationship management and problem-solving skills;Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills;A data-driven approach to sales and knowledge or experience in key sales/mailing tools.NICE TO HAVE:Working with international / enterprise clients;Having prior experience in the technology sector with SaaS products;Having experience working within the E-Commerce, Travel, SEO or Cybersecurity industries;Strategic Account Management experience.Salary:Gross salary EUR/month.
