About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Vilnius-based team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing business plans for 3 Baltic markets
  • Controlling budgets and ensuring financial accuracy
  • Reporting and conducting business case analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or business administration
  • Financial qualification (e.g. ACCA) and background in FMCG are assets
  • 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis and budgeting experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills
