Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payment Processing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve conducting thorough investigations into reported payment discrepancies, non-receipt claims, and reconciliation anomalies.

The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in using case management systems and various banking/payment systems.

They will work closely with internal departments and external banking partners to gather information, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly in a high-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school degree is required; post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the financial services or payments industry.

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated to learn new things.

  • Great attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using case management systems and various banking/payment systems.

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
