About the Role:

  • Manage Vendor Master Data by verifying vendor details and collaborating with the Procurement team to register and update records in the accounting system.">
  • Oversee accounts payable by processing incoming invoices, applying accurate VAT tax codes, and ensuring timely payments.">
  • Carry out essential weekly and month-end tasks to support smooth financial operations.">
  • Engage proactively with external customers and stakeholders to maintain clear and effective communication.">
  • Keep process documentation up to date, ensuring clarity and consistency across workflows.">
  • Contribute to testing activities within the Accounts Payable function to support system accuracy and improvements.">
  • Take part in resolving issues and driving process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance.">
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in routine financial operations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Experience in a similar role or GBS.">
  • A practical understanding of the 3-Way Match, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in procurement and finance operations.">
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to quickly learn systems.">
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.">
  • Knowledge of accounts payable principles and accounting software (Oracle, Basware or another ERP system).">
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.">
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work in a fast-paced, growing company.">
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work within a team and independently.">
