Purpose:

The main responsibility of a Territory Manager is to promote medical products, educate customers in a professional manner, develop business with existing customers and acquire new ones. Achievement of sales results is based on company ethics and policy.

  • Achieve expected business results within the managed territory.
  • Sell Johnson & Johnson products and services to achieve volumes specified in Territory Manager Sales Plan.
  • Monitor and enforce the performance of tender contracts in your territory.
  • Carry out and coordinate marketing campaigns in your territory.
  • Effectively allocate time among key customers.
  • Manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:

Identify tenders announced in your territory, prepare tender bids according to procedures, and enter contracts following management-recommended sales strategy.

Plan territories for maximum efficiency, utilizing customer potential.

Participate in medical procedures as technical support for customers.

Provide product information and training to customers.

Attend conferences and congresses to provide service to the company's promotion stand.

Requirements:

You will need:

  • University degree.
  • Three years of successful experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical promotion.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Selling and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
