We are currently seeking a talented: Customer Service and Sales Manager

We believe you will: 

  • Managing inquiries from new and existing clients, organizing the sales process.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing high-quality, professional customer service (via email and phone).
  • Organizing freight transportation and handling the related documentation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues—planners and transport managers—to resolve various issues arising during cargo transportation.
  • Ensuring timely and consistent communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Working with internal company systems and client platforms.

We expect you:

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales of services or products. Experience in the logistics sector is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in Kazakh and Russian languages.
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
  • Quick thinking, good time management, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Clear communication and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • The ability to manage a large amount of information simultaneously.
  • Good computer literacy (experience with MS Office package).

We offer:

Monthly salary ranges from 1690 EUR to 2110 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
