Operations Manager Job Description

The role of Operations Manager is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate within and outside of Agents (business partners) to continuously strengthen retail and digital business through stakeholder management, effective communication, and process improvements.
  • Lead leaders to support their growth and success, building trust among team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage operational resources – time, tools, and workloads to optimize staff size through continuous process improvements and/or tool development in collaboration with Technology teams.
  • Set, enforce, and meet performance goals and process standards such as OKR achievement, data quality, and budgets of the wider group.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' people management experience or 1+ years' experience of leading leaders.
  • Excellent business English language (spoken and written).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operations, process development, analysis, and improvement.
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and to work under pressure.
  • Certification in CAMS, ICA, Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, or knowledge of Robotics tools is an advantage.

This is defined as a flexible working arrangement that enables employees to divide their time between working from home and working from an office location. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
