At Nasdaq, we're on the hunt for a seasoned finance professional to join our dynamic Accounts Receivable team.

This role is all about managing the flow of funds into and out of the company, working closely with stakeholders across various business functions. You'll be responsible for:

  • Invoicing customers, from generating invoices to validating payments
  • Analyzing data, making adjustments, and inputting information into our online billing system
  • Developing and documenting policies and procedures for billing and revenue recognition
  • Managing amortization schedules for deferred revenue
  • Preparing financial statements and General Ledger journal entries
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth operations

As part of this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of financial systems and processes. Your experience in accounting and finance will shine through in your ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
